You’ll always find his soccer ball around the yard. Not only is it great for his coordination but it’s a great way for him to get exercise and stay active even when the season is over. I even enjoy getting out there to practice with him since it’s great exercise for the both of us.
As with any sport, when he’s done practicing or playing he’s pretty exhausted. Running around the yard or soccer field can be pretty draining for a kid. After a game he needs to restore his strength to get his energy back to tackle the rest of the day.
That’s where Nesquik comes in. After a big game or intense practice Nesquik is a quick and easy way to nourish tired muscles and replenish what is lost in sweat.
A lowfat chocolate milk like Nesquik offers the right amount of carbs and protein that my athlete needs to refuel his body after the big game.
He’s been drinking Nesquik for as long as I can remember and it’s a great way for him to get the nutrients his body needs.
With no artificial colors or sweeteners, I feel good about giving it to hime. Each bottle provides him with 40% of the daily value of calcium he needs as well as 8 grams of protein.
- “After a tough practice or game, studies suggest that low fat chocolate milk, like Nesquik, may contain the ideal 3:1 ratio of carbohydratestoprotein that can help restore muscles. This right balance provides your athlete with the nourishment they need after a hard game. “
The 8oz. portable bottles are great for game day or when we’re just on the go. I can grab a bottle and a banana to throw in my bag for an easy after game snack or pair with some fresh grapes for a healthy lunch after a little practice in the yard.
